Meet & Greet
A consultation either in person, by phone call or online via Zoom, where we can discuss your yoga history and intentions so that we can see if we are a good fit and to ensure a successful and effective design of your programme.
Personalised Plan
I will create a personalised plan just for YOU, that is designed to suit you, your body, needs and goals. (Maybe it's a specific pose, inversions, relieve pain, manage stress, increase overall mobility, flexibility & strength, etc). These plans can be simply one-off sessions or stay consistent and accountable with 3, 6 or 12-month plans.
In-depth study
Learn correct breathing techniques, safe alignment of Asanas (postures) and explore the deeper layers to yoga practice off the mat - All crucial elements to deepening your yoga practice in a mindful way.
Attentive support
Receive attentive support and guidance on your yoga journey in between and after your private sessions.

I will also teach you how to cultivate your own yoga practice and help you to discover your full expression of yoga in a healthy and safe way!
